This simulator will help you prepare for the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) exam by testing your knowledge of customer experience principles based on "Outside In" and the six disciplines of customer experience.

Exam Format:

  • The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions
  • Each question has four possible answers with only one correct choice
  • You have 120 minutes to complete the exam
  • A score of 70% or higher is required to pass
  • You can review your answers before submitting
